I recently called the Springfield location to handle my Father in-laws account. I must say I was blown away by the professionalism and warmth even though I called a little hot headed. The Manager I think her name is Rebecca was a sweet heart, very understanding of our situation and gave me several options that would help benefit us.

My experience at massage envy Springfield has been nothing less than amazing. The service from front desk to the room is grade A Mellisa and my therapist AJ makes me feel like I’m family and not just a number or client. One experience I will never forget was because of my work schedule I was unable to come in and it was hard to get an appointment but Mellissa who is the manager mentioned me to AJ and he accommodated my schedule on his day off now that shows people who really care. I can go on but I think I said enough.I am truly grateful

My daughter & I went to massage envy as a treat for my birthday, and I must say, it was a wonderful experience. The staff was friendly & kind. The rooms were clean & comforting. My therapist, Adam, was awesome. I was treated like a Queen from the moment I stepped in the door. I can not wait to return!! Thank you!!!

First I will say the manager there is absolutely great! She helped me find two great service providers based on my needs. My aesthetician Chrissy was so knowledgeable and gave me a great brightening facial. Letting me know the products that were being used on my face and why. Today I met AJ WOW!! I have gotten many massages but he blew every person out of the water. He knew every spot that needed to be worked on based on my profession. Before I left I scheduled a 90 minute with him and can’t wait for it. Thank you to everyone there. I will be counting down til my next massage.
