I usually stop in this store when visiting Springfield Mall. They have cute clothes and usually precent decent sales. The sizing on the clothes can be a little off so try on or be prepared to exchange. The manager and staff are very nice and every time I go in they are putting out more products. Sometimes the store can be a little chaotic, but that's understandable.

They have lots of cute clothing but the employees seemed pretty unwelcoming. I picked up a bunch of stuff to try on and but lo and behold, the dressing room is “closed until further notice”. What kind of clothing store won’t allow you to try on their clothes? 😂 Needless to say, I wasn’t about to spend money on stuff that I wasn’t sure would fit properly. Do better.

I love Charlotte Russe! I'm not sure if the woman that waited on me was the manager or what but she was 🥴 I'm not sure but I wouldn't want to work with her but anyway I'm giving 5 stars because I love the store only!
