This Dunkin in specifically is one of the better Dunkni's out there. I say this because the welcoming staff and you can clearly tell they are working hard at their job and they never mess up my order.

Very nice a courteous person behind the counter taking orders. He was younger and just really gave fantastic customer service. I appreciate every little bit.

Friendly staff. There are best and worst times to go to this Dunkin. Tend to be busier than the one further up Baltimore Pike or and 10x better than the one over on Township Line. Best thing to do is order ahead on the app. I've had to have my drink remade a few times for folx making an iced coffee vs. the original but it's not that often it happens.

Ignorant . They put up a piece of paper telling the customers to practice patience yet the customer can stand at the counter for 5-10 minutes w/o anyone acknowledging the customer-saying we will be with you or something. Say something don’t just keep going about your business as if you don’t even see the people waiting in line. This is the only dunkins that folds under pressure and chooses to ignore customers and turn down business instead of fighting through it.
