Store management can be better they don’t have to use profanity language to customers I was very upset today by not picking up the right order I’ve been buying pizza from this location from last three years and today we experience I have in the store managers by name of Rob very disappointing when I complained for pizza I got to hear professional language and a curse language from the manager very sad Domino’s can do much better than this

On 6/10/22 I ordered a pizza at the Springfield, Pa location and it took them 2 hours to deliver my pizza. This is unacceptable! I spoke to the manager and all they could tell me was that they were backed up. Really! Get more help. If you can't, you should not be open if you can't take care of your customers. I will file a complaint with the better business bureau. PS - My pizza arrived cold.

It's a Domino's store there's not much you can say about that other than the fact that the employees acted like you were invisible. When they finally did recognize that there was people in front of them they were quite rude. But it's still a Domino's store and I wouldn't expect too much else for people that are just taking orders and moving Pizza. They spent a lot of time playing and talking with each other rather than waiting on customers they need a store manager there that actually does what he's supposed to do

So.. my co-worker said, "Let's get pizza, and remembering the advertisements, he ordered the Taco Pizza as well as the Hamburger pizza. Unbeknownst to this, I went half on the order and waited for delivery. The young man delivered it to my job, and was tipped accordingly. Much to my surprise, I opened the boxes and was pleasantly surprised actually. Besides being a tad bit burnt on one of the pies (as you can see from the picture), it was actually a good representation of the actual TV commercial. Which we all know is quite rare to happen. I personally prefered the Hamburger pizza over the taco one however. I think, if you're gonna offer a "Taco" pizza, then use salsa, mix the sauce with sour cream even. Add beef, create a nacho crust or something. Use fresh tomato and lettuce. THAT is a TACO pizza. Nevertheless, 4 stars for freshness and delivery speed. -1 for creativity. Aye, I'm a foodie, and food critic what can I say🤷🏽‍♂️
