It’s not the people, but the system. Any time there is a problem they are unable to help resolve it. Again not the employees fault, but the system. I was told that my package would be held at sorting center. Instead they shipped it back. I will have to reorder my item and I hope they ship through someone else. UPS is the worst package delivery service I have ever dealt with and I always try to avoid.

4 times I have drove to Springdale to pick up cuz they want deliver to rogers .Or they just want git out of truck .i will never use UPS again ,and thats a pitty cuz i git 2 to 20 packages a month.thanks for nouthing UPS
Same here! I missed a delivery then called to have it held for pickup. They told me someone will call me in an hour. No call. Had to call back after I noticed, never got through! Terrible terrible service! I have to call the ups 1800 number not this one but another one. They put me on hold while they tried to call the cc in springdale. They came back to let me know the my pa leave will be held for pickup. I hate when senders use ups! I’ve never had a problem with Fedex or postal.

As usual it appears ups Springdale has delivered my package to a wrong address...i should have had sent to store and not trusted drivers
Yes you must have a ID to pick up your package.
There is no Notary at that site. They do offer Next day delivery.
