Same here! I missed a delivery then called to have it held for pickup. They told me someone will call me in an hour. No call. Had to call back after I noticed, never got through! Terrible terrible service! I have to call the ups 1800 number not this one but another one. They put me on hold while they tried to call the cc in springdale. They came back to let me know the my pa leave will be held for pickup. I hate when senders use ups! I’ve never had a problem with Fedex or postal.

It probably because ur pkg was already on car and could not be pulled of before the drivers left if they dont get the will call info befor 8am its on car with ur delivery driver
