My wife and I just bought our new Bronco Sport Outer Banks from Springfield Ford. Bob Salerno was extremely helpful and entertaining. He made the process very easy. He did a great job explaining all the details and features to us. He helped my wife set up the Ford App and all the bells and whistles. We are so excited about our new Bronco Sport! From start to finish Keith O’Brian, Bill Gardner, and Bob made the experience amazing. We both loathed visiting a car dealership, but this experience was different. No pressure. They even told us what we did not need to buy and explained options for things that might be beneficial based on how we use our vehicles. When we came back to pick it up today I did not even have to go in the building. I will be back when I’m ready for a MachE.

I called into Springfield Ford regarding a used Toyota. Rita immediately came over and greeting me and offered me a beverage. She was very pleasant during the purchasing process. She had me in and out within 45 minutes. Kudos to Rita!!!! She's the best!!!

I bought my first car for Springfield Ford and the experience couldn't have been better. Bob Salerno and Justin were excellent. They answered all my questions, showed be only the types of vehicles I was interested in, and I didn't feel pressured at all. They break the stereotype of the pushy car salesman. I would recommend them to anybody.
