I had been a loyal Progressive customer since about 2010. I had a very competitive rate that other insurance agencies just couldn't compete with - which is why I stayed with Progressive despite increasing premiums at nearly each renewal period. Not only was Isaac able to give me a better rate for my own vehicle, he was also able to knock of about $100 of my spouse's monthly payments while INCREASING coverage. My experience with Isaac and his agency has been nothing but positive; he is honest, accessible and dedicated to his customers. While this may not appeal to all, I was most impressed with how community-oriented Isaac and his team are. They arrange opportunities to give back to local agencies who are making a difference in the community through their "Quotes for Good" initiatives and have financially contributed to other worthwhile organizations needing support. I feel like I got the "total package" with Isaac and his team. I'm very happy with my coverage and couldn't have asked for a better agent. My previous insurance provider did not renew my homeowners policy and I was left to quickly get new coverage. I went though many companies to request quote information and was quickly denied by many outright due to location (although most were not very specific). When I reached out to Isaac, he responded within an hour and helped to get me setup with coverage in less than 2 days!
