Friendly and helpful neighbors. Beach is close as well as Clearwater and Tarpon Springs . The little downtown area of Dunedin is quaint and has great shops and food. The mobile park is just very close to everything ...

There is an entrance fee to honeymoon and it's per car or u can buy an annual pass

Call the park office. I'm sure they have a list of residents that are interested in subletting or renting. It is a retirement community, so keep that in mind. I believe the age requirement is 55 and over

Come by the park office for more information. We do have a website, number is on there. There are homes for sale now, you can drive thru the park to see them HOA is $568.

Most of the trailers mobile homes that are in this park are owned you pay lot rent and I'm not sure how many people will rent out their trailers there's a bulletin board in the clubhouse maybe it might be some possible that's available
