I went yesterday to drop off donations and the trailer looked abandoned. There were no carts to put the donations in. There was a Trailer beside the green drop trailer that someone came out of and took the donations but there were bags all over the ground. Seems to have changed since I was last there.

Not helpful at all. Staff are not the friendliest. They don’t give you receipts and the staff gave me a bad attitude for asking a question. This place is not welcoming. I will donate at another charity in the future.

For a place that accepts charitable donations they sure act as if they don't want them. I came to their location on Reed Rd in Broomall earlier today and actually ended up just leaving with all of my donations. There are only 2 people there that make me feel appreciated for my donations and that's Stephanie and Marcus. Sadly, neither of them were there. Stay away from this location.

Went here yesterday afternoon. The two guys working the drop off location were very friendly and helpful. No waiting or delays except the iPad you sign into for an electronic receipt and to select your charity of choice would not allow me to create on online account (maybe better to do this at home first). I was able to get a paper receipt so not a big deal and would not stop me from coming here again.
