I got a full set with my sister. I absolutely love the nails and the people who helped us were amazing. The issues I had though is that the price wasn't really as forward as it should've been from the start. Their website had stated a full set was $35 and I only discovered after my nails had been done that their board for pricing had an additional plus sign to the $35. I also got gel nails without meaning to because I was told to pick a color and so I did, later finding out(when paying)that it was gel and not regular polish. Both me and my sister though expressed to each other afterwards that we felt our nails were shaved down a bit too much to the point it caused pain. My sister also got injured while her excess cuticle skin was being removed. The place was lovely and our nail tech was absolutely amazing but I don't think we will go again due to pricing.

I got a full set at the end of February. I was pretty optimistic of this place, but my pinky was cut because of how much they filed my pinky nails and my index fingers. These nails were so thin that they snapped off within a week but the ones that were not filed as much were almost impossible to get off of my fingernail and caused a lot of damage (more than normal) to my real nails. I also paid $70 which is a lot more than I’m used to and did not think they deserved at all and felt obligated to make sure I tipped everyone who worked on my nails, which there was 3 of them. So I ended up paying a total of $100 for nails that really weren’t worth it.

Love Pink Nails! Hours are amazing! I keep my nails pretty simple with gel manicures & pedicures and the service is always wonderful. The massage you get with the pedicure is phenomenal! Only “con” parking isn’t the best & they can get pretty busy. Definitely give them a visit if you’re in need or looking for a new shop to frequent!

Last week was my 2nd time visiting Pink nails. I got my nails, eye bows, lashes, and toes done. The pedi was the only treatment worth the money. I was charged $80 for long nails with designs included last time I was there this time I was charged again $80 but I got my nails done very natural and short with only 2 red hearts on each ring finger. They charged me $89 again which did nor align with their starting pricing they just made prices up as they went. She then lowers the price to $70. She also asked me if I was sure I paid $80 last time. Also while getting my nails done Yen began to do my eye lash extensions!! Didn’t take me to the back to nothing! She also kept picking up the phone then continuously doing my lashes. After my lashes were done I couldn’t keep my right eye open because little hairs seem to be glued to my eye lids abs she kept telling me nothing was wrong… mean while she couldn’t really see due to poor lighting she didn’t tell me about. I went back yesterday to remove the lashes because my eye lids were getting irritated abs swollen.. they left me to hold the eye pads for myself whole they tend to other customers.. my Hands were washed prior to them telling me to do so and the spray began to burn my eyes and I kept calling for attention because I needed it to be watered down no one came until a few Ms after ( the shop was not busy about 4 other customers with a full staff) someone else came to remove my lashes and it was until after she was done she told me to open my eyes and I realized to had NO GLOVES ON THE ENTIRE PROCESS. Which made me me very upset being I spent $120 to get them professionally done in the first place. Abs the removal process was painful my eyes kept burning due to the chemical getting into my eyes multiple times.
