I should put zero stars . Older guy with the glasses,I think his name is Muhammad(not the owner). he is very rude and arrogant. Poor customer service. I have been going to this store since they opened. Recently I ordered shrimp combo. First of all he (Older guy)was not happy,he gave me a attitude and rude look because I asked him few questions while I was ordering. I got home I looked at the shrimp combo box,there was no shrimp in there. He acts like he's the one paying for my food. He purposely messed up my order. I called them they said I have to come back with order. I live 15 miles away from that store now. Very rude employees...not happy at all...

Very rude service, overpriced, chicken was very tiny,same size with the biscuit. STAY AWAY from this place.

I was in this store twice to dine in. Both times the tables were dirty and I cleaned one myself. This last time, I asked for a combo if the fries were hot and the counter person said they were not. Then he got an attitude with me because I said ok just a soda then. I'm old so I don't eat as much junk as I used to. But I'll never go to that Popeye's again.
