After getting approved by hud in 1.5 months I was moved in around one month. Rosemary is a fantastic person to work with and rent is very reasonable

Depends on your income and if you're HUD approved. However there is a pretty large waiting list.

Yes and no. Rent is fixed by apartment size but there are income limits to qualify.
