We had to switch companys since Advanced disposal quit servicing our area. The first time we called Waste Pro to switch to them, we were on hold for ~10 minutes with no apology for the wait time. They were quick and courteous once on the line. They were supposed to come this past Monday for pick up. They never showed. We waited until today to call. We waited 27 minutes to talk to someone. Again, no apology for the ridiculous wait time. And again, once on the line, they were quick and courteous. They did apologize for not picking up the trash, and said they would send someone out asap. Technically, they are a better deal than Advanced in $ and amount of cans allowed (5!) . However, what's it matter if the service is no good. I don't understand the glowing reviews. Maybe the 2 dudes everyone raves about are that good. We can't comment on them, because no one has come to pick up our cans. So far, not impressed and may be looking for another company.

I had to clean out my place (near hoarder situation) before I could move in and I've still got work to do. I couldn't do it without these guys-- driver- Devin Porter and helper- Stuart Spence on truck #0133016 -- These guys are amazing! I'll just add that we have a few different collectors in the neighborhood and I'm proud that ours is always so courteous and aware of pedestrians, neighborhood pets, and local drivers/driveways. I can't say the same for others, unfortunately. Keep up the great work!

I’m leaving this review for Mr. Devin Porter the driver and Mr. Stuart Spence the helper, the truck number is 0133016. Devin and Stuart have been super attentive, forever on time, AMAZING quality, super professional and beyond super responsive. I sit the trash out by the road and before I even know it, it’s gone. I always see them come by and bust their behinds to make sure everything is clean, tidy and taken care of before leaving. There’s never a doubt that everything is cleaned up before they leave, great guys and they deserve to know how well they’re doing! I highly recommend this service to anyone who may be looking for any kind of trash disposal service!

I switched to this company when I could not get reliable service from my previous one. They are always reliable and when I have to actually speak to the driver and helper, they are always very polite and accommodating. Thank you for your hard work Devin Porter and Stuart Spence. I did learn today of other services that I really didn’t know were available so if the company could email news letters about bulk, debris and appliance pick up and even recycle information that would be great.
