RJ was the meanest post office staff I ever encounter. I came to buy a money order and send it to PR. Sold me the money order and I proceeded to fill it up and put in the envelope. He asked me if I was done because he was going to lock the door. I said I just need to complete the address in the enveloped and he said that I will need to come back Monday because he needed to close. I was inside just finishing. He made me leave.

Poor customer service. Ive never had a problem with them before but my box came ripped open right through the middle of the amazon tape and on the ends the edge of the box torn open, and they say it was the sorting machine! Apparently everyone knows everyone personally and they would never open a package so it must be the machine. Im so over it!

I live on Morningstar and signed up for USPS email notifications. I get an email in the morning with photos of mail and info about any packages that I will be receiving that day. Three times in the last two months, I have ordered from Amazon and received notification from them, that my package was delivered by USPS. The message either says it was put in my mailbox or left on the front porch. Well three times there is nothing there and it’s not actually delivered until a day or two later. Saturday I was notified a package was placed in my mailbox at 12:51 p.m. It is now Tuesday morning and it’s still not there. Nor have I received the letter from Social Security that was also scheduled for Saturday delivery. I have reported this important piece of mail as missing. No wonder the Post Office is in the red, with poor service like this!

You can actually do that online at usps.com.
Yes give them your name an id
You'll have to go into the post office or call, even if they do see this, they can't respond about something like that publicly
