Checked on the price to ship a box to California UPS ground. It weighed 32 lbs Quoted me 128.00 ! Offered me the information that an actual UPS store In Olympia would charge 77.00 so they marked up the shipping 51.00. That’s on top of the commission they already get . Went to the post office and shipped it for 62.00 . It pays to shop around

I've been here a few times and ive gotten the impression from the older lady that runs it, she is a no nonsense character. Which is good when it comes to getting things done, but can come across rude very easily.

Superb service!!! So much better service than we have had with the U.S. Post Office in Shelton, WA. Packages and mail for us are always received at our mailing address at Shelton Mail & Ship, whether they are shipped USPS, UPS or Fed Ex. Carol (Manager) is very friendly and helpful. In contrast, our packages that come to our home mailbox via USPS are mishandled constantly, returned to sender by the Post Office despite the fact that we have an extra large rural mailbox and despite the fact that we have explicit instructions on file at the Shelton Post Office to hold all of our packages at the Shelton Post Office that do not fit in our home mailbox. Not once has the Shelton Post Office delivered a package to our home mailbox correctly, nor have they held packages for us at the Shelton Post Office as they are required to do, nor have they even bothered to notify us that we have packages. The mail services provided by Shelton Mail & Ship are extremely valuable and important to us as rural residents and business owners in Shelton, WA. Highly recommend!!!

Rude lady I have been there a few times every time the lady is rude. I feel as if I am putting her out to do her job. I will drive to olympia to ship my items. I will never go there again. CUSTOMER SERVICE NOT IN THE LEAST.
