This was the worst experience ever, first We ordered two taco salads and two strawberry frosties. The server did not give us straws or spoons for the frostie, then they were out of salsa sauce and they did not tell us that until we went back to get it along with the chili for the salad. Then she proceeded to tell us that she could not do that again as if we were trying to take something we hadn't paid for. Instead of a simply apologizing and correct her mistake..

I'm not a big patron of fast food chains, but every now & then I do a drive-thru for convenience. Wendy's is certainly edible, but not the high quality fast food that was served while Dave Thomas was alive. He must be rollin' in his grave.

First, I am empathetic to the fast food industry and what they go through finding employees. That said today as I am waiting for my food and go to get salt for my fries, no salt. Once my order was ready I asked if they could throw some salt in the bag. The New cashier was not sure where it is so asked the manager the manager then looked at me and said there is salt out by the soda. I told her that it was empty and she informed me it must be mixed in with the pepper. thankfully the new cashier went and just grabbed some salt and put it in my bag. I am not there to go find the hidden salt. when a manager is this bad no wonder they can’t keep employees. I have no complaints other than that.

So I didn't get to know what it tastes like because the branch manager made a big deal of my folding bike which folds to the size of a restaurant chair. Safety hazard she says? Apparently she thinks her Wendy's is a soccer playing field. I hope Wendy's starts employing branch managers with some common sense. Attaching a photo of my bike. Safety hazard indeed..
