I thought that my house was going to be inspected thoroughly for mold. I didn't see that. Very nice man who came to house and examined areas I told him about. ServPro conclusion was like night and day compared to 1st company that was here. How the heck do you know which way to go?? Crazy Not blaming ServPro - just issues with 2 companies that were completely different.

I want to say Thank You to Rhett Newton and his team for doing an amazing job at our house. Our water heater burst in the middle of the night and they had an emergency response team at my house in less than an hour. Jon and his team were amazing. We suffered water damage from a dishwasher and Servpro did a fantastic job of rebuilding our kitchen with new flooring, cabinets, and paint. Would definitely recommend their services to anyone in the same situation. :)

Was very impressed with the service Servpro provided. We had an old pipe burst in our kitchen wall with extensive water damage to drywall, laminate floors and cabinets. Jon came out and handled our water loss reconstruction, he was extremely professional, kept excellent communication throughout the process, was onsite and made sure the work was done correctly. We couldn’t be happier with our new kitchen and the experience. Kudos to Jon and Servpro!
