Been using this post office for 12+ years. Ron is an awesome front desk employee. Very polite staff who genuinely cares about who you are and your packages. They are a tad over worked and understaffed in my opinion, but they always get the job done. The only complaint I can legitimately make is that if a previous occupant of your residence has failed to change their mailing address you still have the potential for receiving their mail. The fill ins they occasionally recruit due to their understaffing is the most likely culprit of this. I get expensive items shipped all the time and have never had theft occur. I get delicate items shipped all the time. I never had any damaged items. I always receive my mail on time. They have always gone above their duty for me. Even in the morning when they open up to a line of 15 waiting difficult to please customers you typically don't wait more than 20 minutes. I have seen people be very rude to them and have seen how courteous and professional they are even to those underserving.

Package finally shows up. Was supposed to be shipped sometime early last week. Getting a hold of usps is a joke. 40 to 50 minute wait times on the phone which is great, so I used the terrible automated service to reschedule a delivery of my package, which should mention never came on the date that was requested. Luckily what I ordered itself wasn’t too bad but the box was completely mangled like it was underneath every package under the sun.
