I contacted Innovative Concepts on Monday August 9th at 10am and spoke to the owner (Nick) regarding a deck in my vehicle. He advised to come to the shop to look at it and by 11:00am he already had figured out the issues and immediately scheduled me an appointment . Two days later on Wednesday August 11th at 1130am I was exiting the parking lot with a new head unit and he also assisted in resolving an issue with my backup camera. Overall awesome workmanship but even better communication. Highly recommend!!!!!!!

Good afternoon: We can source an original headunit, however, the factory headunits are typically VIN/theft locked to the vehicle they came from requiring dealer coding to unlock the device. Do you have the original headunit and/or want to get an upgrade with a proper aftermarket unit?
