Tonight me and my husband went to Boston market at approximately 9:50 p.m even though they were closing at 10:00. looking for something fresh to my surprise staff was still very friendly and the food was exceptional I rarely leave reviews or comments but tonight I felt it was very necessary because the staff went above and beyond to make sure we have wonderful Service as well as the food being extremely hot and fresh I wish I could rate 10 stars but five will do lol

Stopped at Fowler, Tampa drive through. Ordered 4 sides. Didn't think to check my order before driving home, which is 1.5 hour away. Got home and discovered that they gave me wrong sides. I did order mac and cheese and spinach, which made me nauseous. They gave me mixed vegetables instead of sweet potatoes and the sweet potatoes were the main reason that I went there. Threw all of food away and as much as I have really enjoyed Boston Market in the past, it wont be on my future stops. Very disappointed, as I really bragged Boston Market up before. Called the restaurant and the guy that answered could care less, not even an, "I'm sorry". Amazes me how fast food workers want $15 per hour, yet cannot even get simple orders correct. And shame on you Boston Market, for not even attempting to make it right. Just do your job!!!!

Very generous portions, and good homestyle food. It wasn't particularly busy when I was there around 6:30 on a Monday, but I had to wait several minutes (with no one ahead of me in line) for someone to come help me with my order. Then I had to wait a little longer for the turkey, which they were out of. Overall, a pretty good experience, but the service could've been a bit less chaotic.
