This place had a nice ambiance and interesting menu which is what drew me in. We were celebrating our engagement from the night before and wanted to try a local cute spot for brunch before heading home from our vacation. We arrived when they opened at 10:30 for our 10:45 reservation and were pleasantly surprised that we were sat when we arrived! The host wished us congratulations on the engagement since we had put that in our reservation. The staff is really polite. That is where the review sort of ends in the positivity. None of the food tastes fresh. The bacon wrapped jalapeño appetizer with the side of tequila was fun to order but you can tell that when the cheese inside is not melted properly that it’s been reheated. My boyfriend had the biscuits and gravy which came out cold. He refused to send it back and then three bites in he got an extremely hardened bit of something (he thinks a bone) and we picked it out but he was less than thrilled by that point. I ordered the apple pie stuffed French toast and it too tasted like it was from a can and heated up in the microwave. While the food LOOKS good we were unable to find the quality ingredients we expect at places with this type of menu. To be honest I hardly ever leave negative reviews but if a place serves me fresh coffee then not much will ever bother me. Not even an occasional bone! Considering we were one of the first tables to be seated and our coffee was OLD this place was not my best choice on where to celebrate a special meal. Sorry but if you can get the coffee right then you’ll have a lot happier clientele

I'm always doing reviews on restaurants I normally give 5 stars and great reviews. I would have given this restaurant 5 stars too unfortunately the service that our party of 12 received was not at all like anything I've experienced and it was a little bothersome. It took them over 10 minutes once we were seated to even come ask us do we want anything to drink or even meet our hostess. Then she just comes over no hello how are you ladies we had to speak to her first smh. Not the most friendliest service. The food 5 stars without a doubt. Just wish we all would of felt more welcome in this establishment especially not being from here and experiencing new places.

What a surprise and treat! The lamb was so juicy full of flavor. My husband had the chicken WOW its a must try. Anna our server was awesome very friendly, she also the bar tender … she make the BEST smoke old fashion I’d give that a 10 star rating.

Nice ambiance and great south Tampa location. Although, I did not enjoy the lasagna, it was to salty and not really enjoyable. Some else in my group had it and said the same thing. The others had a good experience. I will try the place again with a different meal and update the review as needed
