Visited Smokey bones near citrus park Mall in Tampa for a business dinner on a Tuesday. Not very busy, but probably normal for a Tuesday. Hosts were friendly. Server was generally good. The bartender was somewhat slow and did not appear very knowledgeable when I asked for a specific drink. Had a mix up with drinks at the table, but not sure if that was the server or tender. Overall adequate. Food was good and solid but not outstanding. Rack of St Louis ribs was small, but tasty and tender. Sweet potato fries were crisp. Broccoli was cooked well, not too cooked and not too hard/raw. Beer was a bit expensive for the options and one draft beer tasted a bit 'off'. All in all, near the top for chain bbq in Tampa.

They deliver by UberEats. Triple check your order when you get it. They messed mine up last time and when I called, the team-member just said "Oops" but didn't offer a fix. Manager was too busy to take calls and sent word that he'd call me back in an hour. It's been a few weeks now. Lol
No i dont believe so but the food is excellent. Ive never had to wait long if ever for a table. One of my favorite places to eat.

They serve every other table to social distance. Mask are required upon entry. And they sanitize everything including the laminated menus.
