Rick repaired the main board for my chlorine system. He was very candid about not being familiar with the repair I was requesting, but was happy to look at it. I called Samsung regarding my 55” TV screen going black. They sent me to Doctronics and Rick was able to have me bring it in and diagnose the issue that day for $20 and ultimately replace the LED bulbs and the TV was good to go in a few days for a price that made sense for me to keep the TV. Would highly recommend for TV or any other appliance issues. 5 Stars.

Unfortunately a cracked TV screen it is not repairable and Tv screens if available exceed cost of new TV.
I had a similar situation and did bring it in. I can say from experience you will get a fair an honest assessment. I would use this company again without reservation. Ray

I would suggest to bring to shop so can take a look.I will be back in the shop at 8am tomorrow morning.I charge 20.00 for the estimate which is applied to the repair if you decided to repair
