The facilities were clean and shiny. It was easy to access and there were almost always carts available at the door. When I moved my stuff in, I was concerned about the rate increasing, so I prepaid for 6 months to avoid that issue. When the 6 months were up, the rate increased (unsurprisingly). It was the second increase that raised the monthly rate to more than double the original rate that was too much for me.
