My appointment was for 0700 got there at 0640 got a door at 0715 and was out by 0830 I think I would’ve been out earlier if they would’ve told me that yu have to unhook from trailer😂 but they were quick no complaints

Had a appointment here at 2pm I got here super early though like 9am luckily they have a road that's wide enough to park on both sides so I waited until 12:50 checked in and instantly got a door for my delivery. I finally didn't have to wait in a line which was nice for once just to warn you where my door was dock 43 it was a little tight to back into but take it slow and watch for that curb on the passenger side lol. Once got backed in they had me lower landing gear disconnect and pull forward a little bit and I sat there and waited maybe 1hr and they were done I wasn't sure if they were going to bring out my paperwork or I get it at checkout so I sat there and waited till a dock employee passed by to ask they said at checkout so I hooked back up raised the landing gear and went on my way at checkout the guy just takes a look in the trailer and hands you your papers and boom all done!. Oh also the one and only entrance is Fowler st. And McKinley hopefully this helps ya.
