Scott M was great! My very old system finally quit. I called Super Heat and Air. The call was quick and easy and I got a time that worked for me. Scott was able to arrive early, thankfully! He is very knowledgeable and took the time to explain all my options so I got exactly what I needed. He even managed to get my old system temporarily up so I have air until my new system is installed. Definitely 5 stars! Thanks again Scott!

Stacey came to fix our a/c and was in and out in about 30 minutes with the a/c fixed!!! He was very friendly, professional and informative. The part we needed fixed cost us half the price my sister was charged with another a/c company just 2 weeks before which I have now given her and my mother Super Heat and Air's contact info for the future. We will definitely continue to use this company for all future a/c needs! Also, the ladies answering the phone were very responsive, polite and helpful!

WOW! Best estimate ever! For our 1000 sqft home we had 3 estimates of around 7k for 15seer. This company gave us an amazing estimate of $4.6k with 0 apr, what you joking?? We went with them and our ac was installed a couple days after the estimate

Conner was amazing!!! He provided exceptional customer service and did fantastic work to our AC. His knowledge is vast and he took the time to educate me specifically for my units needs. He thoroughly assessed and clean our unit. He came back to replace the battery cap and install a surge protector providing the same quality service. Katie was wonderful as well and accommodated changes to my availability to send Conner out!!! They are two of the many reasons why I will remain with Super Heat and Air! Everyone in customer service was friendly when calling to confirm my appointments. This truly is a reliable company that will provide honest advice and back it with amazing service!!!
