The lady at the cashier didn’t even look at us for the whole order taking, the place is disgusting, looks like the patrons are disgusting too because didn’t pick up after themselves and nobody from Panera cleaned.

Please when I order modified food it means that I wanna change/add something that I might or might not paying extra for. Two days in a raw and this is the second time I order modified sandwich and it’s not modified lol and also on the side I asked for baguette not chips but of course I did pick up and when I opened at home it was chips I was disappointed …. I’m not writing this just to show how disappointed I am but to let others know to choose different Panera and for management maybe also start paying attention I mean then why do you give people to choose if you can’t offer right?!

The store manager at this location is extremely rude and disrespectful towards the customers. Her name is ZARA- I visited this store a couple of weeks ago to buy a coffee. I waited in line for 25 minutes. Once I got my coffee and I was exiting the store, I accidentally dropped my coffee in front of the store manager, I immediately informed the store manager and she told me that I needed to wait in line again for just an empty cup of coffee. This is horrible customer servides. This manager should be immediately fired. Once again, Her name is ZARA.

Just wow. Breakfast was delicious! They were out of lettuce at 11am which was sad but their sandwiches and cookies were so good! The employees were also really nice. The cinnamon crunch latte was amazing and I’m not even a fan of that cereal lol. It was all around a great breakfast spot.
