My sandwich was cold and tasted really bad. I asked for it to be changed and the employees said no because I took a bite. How else was I supposed to find out it was disgusting??? Did they want to reuse the food? What was the point of denying a return because I took a single bite. Embarrassing employees need to be trained in customer service

$30 for lunch 15 for mine is too much with a salad that is brown on the edges. Showed it to the lady at the counter. She said brown and got a blank stare on her face. Not very personable
