Just picked up a to go order to find I’m missing an order of fries and the one order I did receive was half full. My hamburger is raw and very very salty. Will not try again.

Both the chicken sandwich and the BBQ burger were made perfectly to order, fries were crispy, and everything was the perfect temperature to eat by the time we got it home. Chicken sandwich tasted exactly as expected!!!! Food was finished on time and was ready when we got there, didn't have to wait at all!!! Thank you Burger 21 in Lakeland we will be back!!!

We are visiting the area for a couple weeks and decided to give this place a try. It did not disappoint! The food and service is excellent! We loved it so much we went back for dinner again. One of the best burgers I have ever had! And the Monterey grilled chicken sandwich is AMAZING!! This place will definitely be a regular stop whenever we are in the area.

When you go inside ask one of the employees they will guide you through
Mask, hand sanitizer, new cup for each time you go to the drink fountain, out door seating
