Parked here to go to the Boch-Wang theater and got my ticket vouchered. Was supposed to cost me $10 dollars and instead paid $32. I tried calling the parking office multiple times and went up to the 3rd floor office to remedy the issue. Despite having a sign on the door reading "24/7" service, no one picked up my calls or answered the door so I was stuck paying $32. Absolute scam and non-existence service, beware parking here.

This place is awful. They hide behind an auto attendant. They will grossly overcharge and then you have to fight and fight to have anything done. Avoid them wherever possible. Once you're in the garage, you're trapped. Their office is in another location and they will not answer the phone.

QR code readers do not work, so you are locked in front of the exit for a quite while until someone comes, checks your code/pass, then opens the barricade manually. This happened to us 6 times over the weekend we were staying at a nearby hotel.

First time parking here so I thought it was a little tricky to find. Didn't notice any visible signage except for the Revere hotel and wasn't sure if they were connected, but took a chance 'cause that's about where it was supposed to be and was running late for an event at the Wilbur. First turn after you enter the garage was a little tight, even for a compact car. Really good price though using an app (I think SpotHero). Believe I paid $10 for 10-12 hours, which is a steal in Boston
