I read the reviews the day before my appointment, I was expecting the worst for parking! It wasn’t bad at all, if you ever did a small shipping yard or strip mall then you’re good. I called ahead to see if parking was available because my appointment was at 3a.m, not enough room not even on the street. If you are familiar with Orange Blossom Trl then you already know not to come early. I was lucky to arrive and a door was available. Because I called earlier I was told which doors are theirs. The workers there are extra friendly and full of energy for 3am. I was in and out and on my way by maybe 4 or a little after.

Never answer the phone for will call so you have to go to the store, no matter how many items you order it's a 45 minute minimum wait: 12/15/21 *Update* Tony at will call is often working the desk solo, very poor disposition from this counter guy he won't even order items for you. By far the worst supplier I've been to in my 12 years as an electrician. The wait is still awful, the phones don't get answered, they only counter employe obvious takes no consideration of other people's time into his job. POINT BLANK DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE IT'S A HUGE WASTE OF TIME

This place is tight for 53' trlrs..but the customer service is great for a Monday morning..mr.Rob and his help was very professional..alot of other companies need to follow mr.Rob and his help as far as customer/driver relationships..please REXEL give Mr.Rob an award for his professionalism..

Not as bad as the old reviews. I had plenty of space to back up. It really helps when backing up to a space that has empty spaces on both sides. The employee cars weren't a problem.
