Servers doubled as hosts/hostesses. Iced tea had very little ice and was warm. Patty melt came without IHOP special sauce. Had to wait for them to make sauce. People were having to ask for to-go boxes and their tabs more than once. And it wasn't even busy. Only good part of the visit was that waitstaff was friendly and pleasant.

Real dirty, no hygiene. Also We ordered a coffee but the cup stank so bad like when you wash it but don't let it dry. It stunk like a dirty wet rag. The waiter didn't know and when she poured the coffee it tasted horrible. It was severely understaffed and so I didn't want to bother her. She was the only waiter for the night.

The service was amazing. Darell was also a excellent server making sure were doing good refilling our drinks when we finished them. This is the best server I have met at a Ihop both time i have been here hes just really good I forgot to add this he also interacts with the customers and is just a overall great experience!
