I was invited to hang out by the pool here. The leasing agent told my friend who had been living there for one year that she needed to leave. Leaving wasn’t the problem it’s how she said it. She yelled, she was sarcastic and visibly angry, she threatened to call the cops. I helped my friend clean up, then we left. i am uncertain as to why she behaved that way. I NEVER WRITE REVIEWS but i can’t believe the manner in which we were spoken too. My friend went to speak to Valerie after we were thrown out, when she came back she was crying. She said Valerie called her names and flipped her off. It’s just not this serious to verbally assault someone over inviting guests to a pool. Please learn to treat your residents better

The apartment was very clean and new.I didn't have a single issue with the apartment or the appliances. The management Carley and Valarie were more than awesome.They're very friendly and make you feel home. I would definitely recommend it.

I’m not even a resident here and I’m not the one to go out of my way to leave bad reviews. The experience I had with this complex was awful. Let me tell you, I came across your complex and was very interested so I called to get some quotes. Zia, I guess that’s her name, answered and she sounded like she didn’t want to help in any way. I went ahead and booked a tour for the following day to look at some units, saw the email for a tour in TWO DAYS… questioned it? I called back, she answered and I told her the date says in 2 days, we agreed tomorrow.. she said she would fix it. Got another email for a tour in 2 days- she didn’t fix anything. Following day, I called early morning and lady answered, I explained to her what happened with the tour dates and what not. She proceeded to tell me she’d be happy to give me a tour. I said I’ll be there! Showed up at my appointment, to be told she didn’t have the right keys and that she’s from a different complex just filling in because EVERYONE WAS EITHER OFF THAT DAY OR ON VACATION! That point I’m irritated. Made sense why Zia schedule me in 2 days and not the next… so the next day, I called again, told the lady as nice as I could that I will be coming in earlier than my appointment. She proceeded to tell me she has a meeting and won’t be back until 1130 then has lunch… so she can meet me at 1PM. That point I was over it all. That really shows what kind of management I’d be living for and what kind of staff they have- inattentive, not friendly, careless… The whole experience was very irritating. And reading some reviews, it seems like a lot of them are about the poor management/staff in the office.

My roommate and I came in to tour last minute on Saturday and Valerie took GREAT care of us! We'll definitely be applying to live here. She answered all our questions, was very personable, and the property made us feel right at home. Can't wait to move in! I had to rewrite this on the correct email lol. But the review stands!
