Dominos Pizza has been in business for quite sometime. But, I can honestly say from most Pizza Chains, Dominos has come a long way, their selections have improved and I am quite impressed with the quality of the Pizza they prepare, and the pasta is really great. Thank you Dominos for thinking of people like me when we don’t feel like cooking and coupons are also appreciated, most chains don’t offer coupons!! The Euless location on Main is the best…

I went into the store this afternoon to order 10 large pizzas. There was 7 male workers in the store at the time. When my order was ready not one person was available to help me carry things out to my car. They gave the “who cares” look. Terrible customer service and they need to learn service and manners!

After calling that I never received my order, I had to go back and fourth with the manager Brian Behlen that my order was not at the door. After running up and down the hallway to see if it was anyone else's door I didn't see it anywhere. He was soooooooo dry and mean. I didn't deserve that kind of treatment this morning. When I asked for his name he told me he didn't have to give me that information so I told him that I would Google it. After I stated that I would contact corporate I told him good day cause there was nothing else to talk about and he said he would redo the order. He then called back and said he was going to cancel my order because I was rude to them. Whhhhhhhaaaaaaatttttttt ????? I called you!!! I'm not sure what type of morning he was having but his energy was off. I hope the call was recorded so they can hear how he spoke on the phone. He has been reported and I will be following up. If this is how a franchise location acts please give me back all of the money I spent with you all.

Awful customer service from the general manager. The food sat for an hour before they called me to tell me they won’t deliver it. And refused to refund delivery fee and tip when I came to pick it up. Then altered my order after I left, that they “couldn’t change anything on” to pickup and added extra sides to “make up for the delivery fee” but didn’t give me those items. Oily cinnamon sticks and old dough as well as poor cheese distribution on the pizza. They had atleast an hour old dough sitting on racks, some with sauce on them. All of my order was cold and hard by the time I got there (5 minutes after they called me to tell me they don’t deliver to my location). She said “oh it’s warm it’s been on a heat rack” well warm and fresh are not the same thing. Easily the worst dominos location I’ve ever had to experience. Not one apology for any of the inconvenience. Only attitude backed with more attitude. Poor excuse for a general manager. Conversation ended with her stating “I’m sorry that you don’t like the way I run MY business”

I would call Domino's headquarter and file a complaint.
I only had the one experience. Have not ordered there in years. My one experience was monumentally bad. It was a master class in how not to run a business. I will not be back. Enjoy!
