I came to this location a lot but recently had a bad experience due to them not being upfront about the wait time. Their online orders were not going through which I understand, but they told me there would not be much of a wait time after I tried to get a refund. In total I waited an extra 30 minutes (plus the first 28 minutes from my online order) before they said they did not know how much longer it would take. I waited about a whole hour for nothing. As stated before I understand the online order issue but not the fact that they told me the wait time wouldn’t be much and then that not being the case. Even an “I don’t know” to begin with is understandable but the fact that they said that until the very end is upsetting. Yes I got a refund but in that time frame I could have got my food elsewhere.

Highly disappointed . Fries are almost black from frying oil not be changed properly. there’s hardly any sauce on the bone in wings. They failed to inform me that they had no corn on the cob that I ordered and just replaced it by fries. If I wouldn’t have checked my bag before leaving the store they wouldn’t have said anything. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

This location does not even deserve a one star! Horrible rude customer service who honestly just don’t care about you! Or your order! I’ve called numerous of times playing in an order to go and they keep on hanging up on me right after they ask me how can I help you! Third time I called I asked her why you keep hanging up and she said cause I can’t hear you.. and hung up again!! The food in general is dry dry, you have to ask for extra sauce apparently bc they no longer service wings like they used to years ago. This location is terrible and it truly sucks all around! Do not get wings from here at all!

whoever was worked last night around 11:30 PM, thanks for putting 0 sauces in the bag. you guys are actually useless. how do you mess up something so simple? ALSO your fries have no seasoning, confirmed by another reviewer
