Just had the nicest interaction with Kimberly in the drive through pharmacy. She was so sweet and made my day by wishing me an early Happy Birthday! It’s little things like this that go a long way. I really appreciate the kindness and the prompt fill of my ex. Thanks Kimberly!

I am appalled. I had a prescription sent in, with specific instructions for no substitutions. I was given some cheap substitution, and when I reached out to the pharmacy to rectify, I was told by Daniel, who claimed to be the pharmacy manager, that if I didn't like it, I could go elsewhere. Extremely rude, acting all high and mighty. I have reported to my insurance company, and they will escalate the matter internally. Insurance also requested that I reach out to Walgreen's corporate. I pray that the call was recorded so Walgreen's is aware of how some of their employees treat their customers. Needless to say, I have switched pharmacies.

I took over the counter medicine it priced at $17 at the store. I checked walgreens app and selected the store and price was $9.99 so I went to the billing counter and told the same to Walgreens representative but she said its $17 only. I explained "Madam , it Walgreens app I am showing you and this is the store I have selected and its available for pick at price $9.99, how came you have the price way more than this" She said then you order online, I said "So I order it online and come back here in one hour and you will give me for $9.99 but here I am in store, If I buy this, it will be $17" She said "yes". Can someone please explain me that I am wrong here giving one star rating to this store, is there any , I mean any logical explanation behind this, if answered, I will change my review. PS: went to Walmart and bought the same medicine for $8. Imagine less than half what Walgreens was asking me to pay. I have been going to this store for 5 years, cant think how much extra I have paid in these years. Thanks Walgreens for opening my eyes, you lost an old customer today.

The Pharmacy Clerk is unprofessional and lies. The Pharmacist LIES. The Pharmacy MANAGER lies. And the DISTRICT MANAGER of the Pharmacy doesn't call back at a promised time. They lied about my prescription never being sent there. It was there 4 days before and they were out of it and said it would be there the next day. SO four days later, the tech/clerk said it was never sent. At that point they said they saw it could be refilled when it should have clearly been filled. I asked to speak to the pharmacist and I simply asked where the mix up was and he told my wife and I to get out and that if I escalated "nothing would happen." We called the next day to speak to the manager who said "so what's the big deal, we can have it ready today, stop threatening us to which I simply stated my med. is 5days late and you should just say you made a mistake." He said he won't and hung up. At that point I simply changed it to "Delivery." Then they played a nastier game. They put the wrong label on the Fedex package and Fedex correctly delivered my critical meds to another home. I called them back, they said the manager would call me back. He never did. I wrote to them. The district Manager did call me, I asked her to call me on a certain day/time when I had time to talk, she never did. So after being treated like this, today 02/07/2022 I never got my meds that I have been waiting for since 01/26. We're new to Texas and places like this do not make TEXAS look like a friendly state. I urge anyone that have serious meds to NOT get their scripts filled here.
