I've been coming here for years to get my oil changed. The last time I went, my check engine light popped up immediately after. I took it to another mechanic and he said that they had broken the air filter and just put it back on without bothering to fix it or even tell me.

Full of scams. Every time I went there, there are queues waiting because of their good location on Preston road. But the staff inside just give each customer a 400- to 500 bucks to start, telling them all kinds of fake problems! Once my car went in there, I was told a 450 plan, But finally, I asked the diagnosis report, they could not Even provide! Then I got home and fixed the problem with a 3 dollar hose bought from autozone with the help of my friend. And then I realized, they have scammed all the 5 other girls in the queue by telling them 400ish bills … All the 5 clerks and the Manager are scammers! They will take time to give your key back to you, let you wait for a long time before you can go without being scammed by them!

If I could give this Firestone location 10 stars I would. Rick and all of the staff members are extremely professional and honest when it comes to what your car NEEDS. I have taken my car to Firestone for several years and can honestly say that I have zero complaints. Customer service: above and beyond. Professionalism: above and beyond. Wonderful communication from team on status of repairs and can usually turn your repair around in a day. I have never made an appointment and always feel like my repair is still important to complete in a timely manner.
