The reason for me to rate in low because you may also be agree that their phone calls answering is very worse you will never have to wait for any other medical as much you will here you can't ever get a hold of anyone under 20 min

Initially we started with a completely unrelated pediatrician's office, but I am so glad we switched to Lakeside. Everyone is friendly, calls are returned in a timely manner, and there is even after hours help for emergencies. The doctors are not only knowledgeable and helpful, but they don't rush you and actually take the time to answer questions. Highly recommend this office and I am so glad we found them!

I've been taking my kids here for the last 14 years and it is the best pediatrics office in town. They have two office locations and I've seen nearly everyone who works there. They are all knowledgeable and friendly. They have good communication. Even when I lost my health insurance for about a year, they continued seeing my kids because they were already established with them. And they helped me find an insurance that they could take during those couple of years. They are thorough and caring. The nurses and doctors are some of the best in the area. Yes, they get busy, but their wait time isn't nearly as bad as it used to be. Half the time I'm not even done filling out the paperwork before they are calling us back. They have extended hours and just recently started allowing walk-ins for sick kids. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

We do too and we apologize for the hold times. While not ideal but in an effort to help with this we installed the "call back" feature to our phone system. When you call and our agents are not immediately available, the system will tell you what place in line you are and at specific time intervals offer you to select to be called back. If you select to be called back your place in the call "line" will be kept and your callback phone number confirmed. When your call turn comes up the next available agent will be connected to the number you confirmed and your phone will be ringed. We hope you find this feature to be useful and more convenient than physically remaining on the line when our agents are busy with other callers. You can also use your FMH Patient Portal account to request services. Last we are setting up self scheduling software that should be available by the end of this year. Please try the call back feature and let us know what you think.
They stop answering the phone at 4:30pm. Also at noon is a little tricky sometimes. But if you call them any other time you should be good.
