So sad!!!!!! We have been coming here for years! They did such a wonderful job with ballon arrangements. I don’t know what is happening now?! I have given them 3 times to redeem themselves. I have had to explain with details on a piece of paper how I would like the balloons done. They don’t seem to comprehend. Late with my orders, so late they don’t have them done when I come to pick them up. Where I was spoken very rude, because they were to busy and overwhelmed with orders. Not my problem! Your business! This is now the third time and the last. I think the store is going to close soon. The owner seems to be ready to be done anyway. He seems disconnected from his employees and his store. Such a sad thing to see. I will have to find another business to get my party supplies. This store needs to close, or new owners.
