I had an issue with a machine because they are digital and the screen was not operating properly so i was unable to select the cycle i wanted which included a prewash ,which was one of the reasons why I liked the place in the first place.When i tried explaining what happened the lady that was working there was very nasty,she said this was not her problem . And if i had a problem i should go to yummy yummy witch is adjacent to the laundromat, i just do not feel that they kater to loyal customers the owner laughed in my face when i attempted to explain what happened.

The workers I’ve encountered on multiple occasions are rude and lack good customer service. The machines are digital; a lot of the screens are messed up and you can’t tell what temperature you’re choosing. Also a lot of the washers and dryers have “out of order” and “needs adjustment” signs. There’s a row of washers that are cold water only but there’s no sign to inform customers. The police were called on me because I asked a worker who did not want to be bothered for help with a machine. I was “harassing” her for asking for assistance too many times. 😩 It is clean to the eye. I would not recommend.
