I called from another local Chevy competitor dealership after waiting more than 4 hours with no service. The rep at Armen answered the phone and advised me to come right over after I explained what happened. I needed an oil change and inspection. They got me right in and took good care of me within 90 mins. I should have gone there in the first place.

We loved our sales consultant Andrew Gomer! He was welcoming and kind as well as patient as he explained everything there is to know about our new Chevy Equinox. He answered all our questions and made sure we were taken care of whether it was getting the stickers for our new car or getting the car detailed. He is currently helping us get a third key for our vehicle. We couldn't imagine going anywhere else!

My key snapped off the fob, so I had to purchase another and have it programmed to my car. I called around several Chevy dealerships and a few locksmiths for pricing, and was told they didn't have the fob due to Covid distribution issues or they had it, and wanted to gouge me, price wise. Armen didn't have it, but we're willing to order it for me, and called me when it arrived. Dave and Chip from Armen were awesome - very helpful, kind, and their prices are the best in the Delco area. I've had another good experience with them a year ago, also. You guys now have a customer for life! Thank you so much, Dave and Chip!!
