I’ve been seeing Dr. Hersey and Dr. Gilmore for years when they were located in the Bangor Mall location. They are absolutely the best and I highly recommend. The only reason for the 4 star review is with the Hermon office staff when I called. It’s very difficult to get through to a person and if you leave a message, it’s typically a case of phone tag but they do call you back. It’s not convenient, but I understand providers are extremely busy right now. Additionally, they’re a busy location because the docs are great, but appointments are far out. I would have gladly been on a cancellation list, had they had one. The office person I spoke with didn’t seem to care about my issue. Because I need to get in as soon as possible, unfortunately I’ve had to switch providers. Overall, I would recommend them, but wish there were some improvements for accessibility and scheduling.

I have been to the office in Palmyra and that was a great experience. I then went to my local office and I was blown away by the amazing customer service. Sally went above and beyond to help me with my contact prescription. They are very friendly and willing to help a lending hand. I strongly recommend their office if their local to the Bangor area or local to Newport/palmyra. Keep up the amazing work you do! I’ll be recommending you to al my friends and family!!
