We had a large commercial move with hundreds of items, we can't say enough about everyone at Gentle Giant. They were thorough and got us on the schedule as quickly as we needed since the stuff being moved was on a strict time schedules. Peter Heidkamp was thorough and followed-up promptly. The moving crew of 6 guys got the job done quicker than anticipated and even asked if they could repack our storage unit to be able to fit more stuff in the unit.The accounting team and Teresa C. resolved an issue on our billing swiftly. Overall would definitely recommend and use again!

I was extremely impressed with the service I received from Gentle Giant while moving my new baby grand piano into the house and moving my spinet downstairs. Ian was very responsive and accommodating during the initial setup of the move. On the day of the move Nuno, Ted, and Thomas were competent, polite, quick, efficient, and careful with the pianos. They even sprayed some WD-40 on the pedals for me before reassembling them because I noticed they were squeaky! I would NEVER trust any other mover with my pianos.

Gentle Giant, as well as all licensed movers, will not move hazardous or combustible items such as propane tanks, firearms, paint, and aerosols, as the temperature in the truck could cause these items to explode or ignite.
No, we are not equipped to dispose of trash. However, if you wish to have something transported to a waste disposal location, we are able to transport it at the hourly rate, plus any fee imposed by the disposal facility. If possible, talk to your move coordinator prior to moving day to make these arrangements.
Yes. Our professional movers and moving trucks are prepared to move during rain, sleet, or snow. However, in order to keep costs down, we recommend you shovel, rake, or otherwise clear the access ways in preparation for their arrival.
We recommend scheduling your move as far in advance as possible. The farther out you can plan your move, the greater the availability you will have in choosing a preferred date and time. A general rule of thumb is to contact us no later than two weeks in advance of your desired move date.
