DON’T order the chicken sandwich!!! I’ve had it plenty of other locations and it was fine, But here in Silverthorne, the chicken was so sinewy and grissely I found it inedible. And not just my sandwich… a relative mentioned having the same sandwich earlier this week and found it the same, had to throw it out as inedible.

Perfectly normal McDonald’s, if not better than average. Ignore the haters in the review section. If you have a negative experience, my guess is that it is a one-off experience. They’re genuinely trying to serve you quickly. See a lot of people “standing around doing nothing”? I guarantee it was either just busy OR about to get crazy busy. Don’t judge people for taking a break every so often. Try standing on your feet for 8+ hrs a day serving customers all day. It’s not an easy gig, and I wouldn’t expect any person to never get a break. Don’t like their work ethic? Go work there yourself. Service workers deserve the freaking WORLD.

This is a nice McDonald's that is up the street from my house, my family and I have been going there since we moved in and have never had any major problems. Their ice cream machine is always working and they make some great ice cream. 🍦 For a McDonald's this is 5 stars!

Staff was friendly, could tell it had been a long day of spring breakers, but my order came out quick, fries were fresh, and the dining room was clean! I used to be a GM for McDonalds sometime ago, not much I would had said to my staff other than good job!
