Nice and clean place. Water temperature are perfect from June end to Aug. It’s nice place to view sunset but sadly park closes at 6.

Beware when reserving a campsite: Per the rules (and it's enforced), you MUST hook up to FULL hookups or you cannot camp there (that means electric, water, AND sewer), even if you don't need all three or are unable to do all three. There is a day-use area if you are going for the day. The area is beautiful and the beach on Lake Winnipesaukee is pretty sweet so for that it gets two stars. It's just unfortunate that this State Park (not a private RV Resort) has such a rule which Is the first I've seen after visiting dozens of state parks across the country. My guess is it's a case of it some people ruining it for the rest of us.

Amazing place for camping. Campground is with wonderful view. My family and I are extremely happy we went there. Highly recommended.

Small and cozy camp ground. Extremely clean bathrooms and restrooms, food concession stand, clean lake, safe trailers parking. Water, electricity and cable service for your camper. Great view, near restaurants and attractions.

Yes but, it is a soft launch and not recommended for larger boats.

No, there is not a dump station
Hey Walt it's Paul..50 amp is coming to Ellacoya and dogs are NOT allowed
That is a great question, they should be but I'm not a state rep! So I. Annot answer definitely. It's been a 2 year project that should have taken 2 months... Your guess is as good as mine. I will say they have taken down the constitution fences in the last 2 weeks so that's a step in the right direction
Yes. You are required to connect to them to stay there. There is also cable TV for those that need it while camping.
There are no advisories, as of yesterday. The park service does a nice job of monitoring. Just church with them before you go.
Not sure about tent site costs but it's about 10-15 minutes from Elllacoya to Bank of NH Pavilion.
I dont see why not it's a state park
I live near by and I don't believe tents are allowed except for an accessory use. I have only seen RV's hooked up/parked there.
At 7 but if you can be earlier, better for you to have good parking
Ellacoya State Park, May 1 – October 31 no pets allowed during this time frame
You will need to motor in your own travel trailer or motor home. There are NO RV's rented by the State Park System.
I know you can camp, but not in a tent. It has to be in a camper. I'm not sure about fishing.
Yes until 5 or 6 This place is Beautiful if you want to go get their early for the grills and table becoming very popular. Shade sun parking closes at either 8 or 9 will need to call . Dont have to leave just park your vehicle out front at that time and can walk back in short walk. When leaving bring your own trash out. They also have a store sells rafts ice creams and some food hotdogs ect. Enjoy
Yes, it is open. But the ice is starting top get dangerous.
Tabitha is right, you get good phone reception, and can tether to your phone.
Only can stay 14 days. You could get a po box in Laconia at the UPS store. FEDEX would deliver
They have some grills. But they don't allow for campfires.
No
Pets are not permitted in the park. See the NH State Parks Pets Policy for more information.
Only rv's that hook up to power water and sewer are allowed in the Rv park...
No. Only pop up canopies or screen structures.. nothing with solid sides...
No, but as a day trip for a picnic, Ellacoya Park is great! Beautiful views too.
Camping there is 45.00 a night. The state beach has a daily start park fee. But if your camping there is no charge,
