First off, the LADIES front and back here are all amazing and welcoming and kind and professional… Dr.Macdonald himself is not professional or kind or even enjoyable to be around. Why? Because he thinks it’s acceptable to get angry with the girls upfront, in front of customers. He also told the whole office about euthanizing an aggressive dog, made us wait 45 minutes to do so… refused to clean our dogs ears… scared him, and THEN told us “I wouldn’t be working here if I didn’t work for myself”… and then told my wife who is a nurse that her job is easier because she doesn’t have to put people down! Wow! $180 later for a 2 min visit after a 45 minute wait. Won’t be going back. Also, good luck getting an appointment.

wouldn’t bring my pets anywhere else! we’ve been bringing our cats there for years, dr. macdonald is such a kind man who’s very good at his job. staff is full of compassionate animal lovers, even for the loss of my little hamster they were filled with genuine sympathy. great place to bring your fur babies.

DR. MacDonald always takes the time to talk with me, answer any questions I may have and be honest with me. Mt dog is part of my family and as such I always want want the best medical car possible. Dr. Mac is the best Vet for our canine family member.
