I do not recommend this place at all please stay away from this complex they are scammer, they didn’t refund my security deposit and charging me for not dumping my sofa and leave it next to the dumpster. Be aware of that.

Apartment manager was fine, walls are paper thin, regional manager made me and my partner pay in money orders after I missed a payment because my father passed away. They don’t care about you or your stuff and have threatened to remove peoples things and fine them for having decorations in the breeze way between apartments. Do not recommend this place.

Stone Farm apartments is one of the best places to live in Lebanon. The apartments are spacious, get lots of light and have nice views out of balcony and bedroom windows. The place is also close to the co-op store and only 2 exits from the shopping center. Jillian is very professional and I haven’t come across a more efficient property manager. I found her to be responsive whenever I need to reach her. She stays on top of things from minor fixes to snow cleaning. The place is pet friendly and has a dog park. I definitely recommend Stone Farm Apartments to anyone looking to move into the area.

Hi Alicia, Everything is included except for electric and cable/internet. HEAT, cold water, sewer, trash, parking, snow removal, and access to our gym 24/7 are all included!

Yes! There is a bus stop just a few minutes walk away that takes you by the hospital and into Hanover.
Yes! Washer/dryers are supplied in all of our apartment homes.
Yes! We now have additional storage options for residents.
Yes! Heat is included.
Yes! Dogs are an additional $50 per month and cats are $35 per month. No pet deposit required and we do have a breed restriction list for dogs.
