I came to physical therapy for help with a baker's cyst. After a few weeks of working with Meghan and student PT Katy, I have seen a lot of improvement. I have less pain and more range of motion. I also feel equipped to deal with any symptoms should they come back. Thank you for helping me get better!

This is my first time here. It's a little challenging to find. Parking is a little difficult with minimal parking in the very front so on the side is best because that's all I could find. I was quite stunned about the sign in the door since no one had said anything about it. Masks are required. The setup of this building is a little on the odd side. You come in at the lower level confronted by two restrooms in front of you on elevator a set of doors to the right and then a staircase. The restroom that I chose had no paper towels at all and very minimal paper! The other restroom which I used on my way out had no toilet paper but paper all over the floor but did have hand towels someone is not paying attention to the lobby area. Having never been there before, I had no idea where I was going. It wasn't clear and thankfully a man was sitting outside of the office which was closed on the first floor and he directed me upstairs. If he hadn't been there, I still would probably be searching! Upstairs is a large physical therapy open floored area where you can see individual patients doing their routines in front of complete strangers! I thought that was unusual. There is a receptionist desk with two people and it when I was there. There are overtly large signs indicating that there are staff restrooms only on that level at that area. It was not especially friendly. The waiting room is so tiny there was no social 6 ft distancing even possible! It was suggested that I sit out in one of the chairs at the end of the tables that they used to work on patients, in front of a patient who is doing his exercise! with a staff member. I found it daunting. I don't know him. he didn't know me and here I am right in front of him. There are private offices on the sides. I was greeted by the actual therapist. The initial paperwork that you have to fill out online, coupled with additional paperwork you have to fill out while you're there was quite extensive and very intrusive. I thought my therapist was quite informed. Leave plenty of time so that you can find a parking space, find the actual space where the office is, that they're using that day, bring an extra pair of shoes , just so you know ahead of time.

Having been treated for shoulder issues in the past, I was very confident that I would receive the best care at Cioffredi’s. My arm pain escalated to the point of not having enough range of motion to easily and painlessly do the simplest of daily physical activities such as dressing, etc. Many nights it kept me for getting a good night’s sleep. It was obvious to me at the first appointment that Marsha Wykes was very professional, knowledgeable, gentle and comforting. I trusted her plan to get me back on track to betterment. There were ups and downs along the way, but Marsha addressed every concern and question I had. Her suggestions were on target and helped me greatly to lessen my pain while going on with my daily activities. I’m so thankful for the exercise plan she set up for me. I learned from her the importance of doing my daily exercises. Marsha always gave me positive feedback and encouragement throughout all my scheduled appointments. It was a pleasure to know her…she was/is a great physical therapist and would ask for her treatment again if necessary. Hopefully with the tools she has given me, I can move forward and get on with my art and crafts. Thanks for my arm back.

I very much appreciated the PT I received from Marsha: the exercises have had a substantive benefit for my knees and the instructions provided are ones that I will be able to implement well after my visits have been completed. That long-term benefit was/is important to me. I also appreciated the mix of both personal and professional input during the visits-- I was provided with information I asked with regard to muscle/joint physiology and input/feedback was presented in (to me) the right balance of personal (non-PT) conversation.

Not sure I would call them
Many of our PTs cycle themselves and/or have worked with cyclists in the past and are skilled at diagnosing and treating lower back pain! I would suggest giving us a call and explaining your situation so we can match you up with the best team to address your needs.
