Never feel so humiliated as an American. It showed failed attempt, however, the driver never showed up. Already Sitting outside for 2 hours FROM 9AM TO 12PM in the summer with 90degree, cannot work. So waste of time. Contacted their customer service tons of times, not even try to help for a single bit. Why is this company still exist?

After their failed delivery attempt, I was prompted by Fedex website to pick up the package here in person after 8 p.m., only to be shut outside their door. The [polite and nice] closing person closed the door just swiftly enough for me to be unable to get in. "We made a delivery attempt: 06/23/2022 05:06 PM.
